Anusha Mathew is a dedicated Ayurveda clinician and public health professional, committed to integrating traditional healing with modern healthcare. With a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from KMCT Ayurveda Medical College and a Master’s in Public Health from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences—where she graduated with first rank and distinction—she bridges ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary health research and policies.
With three years of clinical experience at Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital and Research Centre, Anusha specialized in gynecological care, non-communicable diseases, and holistic wellness treatments. She emphasizes Ayurveda’s role in women’s health, offering personalized treatments for menstrual health, fertility, and postpartum care. Her approach incorporates Panchakarma therapies, herbal medicine, and yoga-based interventions to enhance overall well-being.
